– The full balance must be settled before the commencement of the tour, promoting clarity and avoiding any confusion.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Please inform us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour. The following policies apply:
1. Cancellations by 876 Adventures: In the rare instance of our tour cancellations, you will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations by You:

• Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour with no penalty.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour: 50% penalty of the deposit or 30% of the total cost.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour: No refund.
• Cancellations outside the 48-hour window: Full refund.

3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

11. Use of Trademarks:
– The trademarks and logos (“Marks”) featured on the Site are the exclusive property of 876 Adventures or third parties. Unauthorized use of Marks is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 876 Adventures or the respective third-party owner.
Conditions for using 876 Adventures Marks and logo images (“Logos”) include:

• Logos should not be altered, except for pixel dimensions, maintaining the original proportions.
• Reduced-size Logos must ensure that all Marks remain clearly identifiable and readable.
• Creating direct links to the Logos’ image files on the Site from any other website is not permitted.
• Logos should not be utilized in any manner that contradicts the brand’s integrity.

12. Use of Images and Videos:
