• 100% Refund: Cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour with no penalty.
• 50% or 30% Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% penalty of the deposit or 30% of the total cost.
• No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours of the tour won’t qualify for a refund.

Rest assured, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Need to change plans? You can reschedule at no extra cost—up to two (2) times per booking.
